Leadership Circle Profile

The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) isn’t just another leadership assessment—it’s like holding up a mirror to your leadership mindset. It helps you see how your internal thinking, beliefs, assumptions, habits and mindset boost or hold back your effectiveness. What makes it stand out? It’s grounded in adult development theory and pulls together the best parts of several powerful leadership models.

So, instead of just telling you what you’re doing and how that’s perceived, it gets to the heart of why you’re doing it—and gives you a roadmap for real growth. And it does that in a way that’s organic and accessible, providing clear pathways for doable shifts that make a real difference. All this packaged into an elegant and well-validated model that synthesizes the most current leadership development research into an easily digestible and actionable framework. If you’re serious about leveling up your leadership and making a real impact, the LCP is a game-changer.

Integrative Enneagram 9

The Integrative Enneagram (iEQ9) assessment developed by the Integrative 9 Enneagram Solutions team is a powerful tool for self-awareness and insight. With a 95% accuracy rate and 13 years of continuous research and development backing it up, the Integrative Enneagram is based on nine diverse archetypes of leadership. This moves beyond a single idea of what “good leadership” looks like and instead recognizes and leverages the authentic strengths of each Enneagram type by providing insights into the often-unconscious motivations, defense mechanisms, fears and desires that drive our decisions and mindsets. Whether used by leaders to increase self-knowledge or by teams to develop a common language and understanding of different personality and leadership styles, the Enneagram is a popular tool for insight and growth.

Team Diagnostic Survey

Many of my clients like to start our engagement with a Team Diagnostic Survey and team debrief to quickly identify areas of strength and opportunity and to provide a roadmap for team discussions and activities.

The Team Diagnostic Survey™ (TDS) is one of the world’s leading team-effectiveness instruments, developed by renowned Harvard scholar-practitioners Drs. Richard Hackman and Ruth Wageman. Based on decades of research, it provides a reliable, validated tool to quickly surface underlying issues in the key areas that directly relate to successful team outcomes. The online survey assesses teams on the six conditions of team effectiveness that predict up to 80% of a team’s ultimate success.

The resulting 27-page report helps teams and team leaders zero in on the levers that lead teams to becoming exceptional.
