Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment

There are two main types of assessments: Personality and Attitudinal. Personality-based assessments, such as Myers Briggs and DiSC, are valuable tools that are designed to pinpoint certain personality types so people can better understand their strengths and weaknesses and how these play out in relationship to other people.

By contrast, the ELI is an attitudinal assessment, which is based on an energy/action model. This assessment differs from personality assessments in that it is not intended to label a person and have them function within that label. Instead, it measures your level of energy and engagement in your life at this moment based on your attitude, perceptions, and perspective on your world.

Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered. By working with a coach using the ELI as a springboard, you can alter your attitude and perspective, make a shift in your consciousness, and increase your energy, engagement, and effectiveness.

There are no limits as to the potential growth you can achieve as you shift from functioning effectively to functioning optimally.

The Energy Leadership Index (ELI) assessment was recently named by Forbes Magazine as one of the top 3 most important assessments every executive should take in order to optimize leadership skills including self-awareness, situational awareness, emotional intelligence, and stress regulation.

Energy Leadership is a coaching philosophy and approach developed by Bruce D. Schnieder, the founder of iPEC, the Insitute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. The robust, interdisciplinary methods pioneered and employed by iPEC are based on an “inside out” approach that transforms clients from the core, allowing for sustainable growth and transformation.

The ELI is a one-of-a-kind assessment that holds up a mirror to your perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The ELI helps give you a baseline for your current performance, situation, and attitude.
